To get the most out of your graphics card, it is essential to keep it up to date. Now there are two primary ways you can do this: by means of Windows updates or you can manually download install or update the drivers on your own. Fortunately, updating your GPU drivers is quite simple. Here is how you can easily do so.
Step 1
Right click the Start Button.

Select Device Manager.
Step 3
Click Display Adapters. Now you will see your graphics card(s). If you have a dedicated graphics card from NVIDIA and or AMD, you will see it here as well.
Step 4
Right-click your Graphics Card and then click Update driver. This will automatically search, download and install the drivers on your PC. Now in some cases you may get an message that tells you that the latest updates are already installed. If that is the case, you can download the drivers on your own (see the section below).
- Getting the Graphics Drivers straight from the manufacturer (NVIDIA, INTEL or AMD) is at times more effective than doing so via Windows Update.
